Wherever possible we seek to source products from businesses with external third party supply chain credentials, such as Fair Traders of Australia or Fairtrade endorsed products. Where a third party endorsement is not in place, we work with our suppliers to establish the credibility of their supply chain. Endorsements or certifications are included in the details of each product description.

100% recycled cardboard.

The ribbon is made from upcycled saris, supporting the group of artisans in Bangladesh that make them. They are made with Fair Trade principles.

We aim to use completely plastic-free packaging for shipping and sending. The only time plastic is used, is when we have received stock in plastic, and it has been saved and re-used.

Our packing tape may sometimes be plastic, but wherever possible, we use paper packing tape.

When possible, we reuse cardboard boxes to send all of our orders.

If a new satchel is needed, we use satchels made from 100% recycled paper which are plastic free.

We mostly ship in re-used cardboard boxes.

When we receive stock in cardboard boxes we save them and repurpose them to send orders.

If we run out of re-usable boxes, we purchase cardboard shipping boxes and satchels made from 100% recycled paper.

We also try to use paper packing tape whenever possible. Sometimes it is unavoidable to use plastic packing tape.

Within the boxes we use repurposed cardboard or paper to secure the items in the box.

Yes! Simply select products when shopping and add a note explaining what you would like packed together at checkout.

Yes. You can do this by selecting the pack and adding it to your cart. Add or swap products in the cart. When you are happy with the contents of your pack, confirm that it is a gift and add your gift message. Purchase the Gift Pack - everything in your cart will be included in one Gift Pack.

We have two shipping options:

Standard for $7.00, 2 - 8 business days anywhere in Australia.

Express Post for $9.95, 1 - 4 business days anywhere in Australia.

Free Express Post Shipping for orders over $120.

All orders are shipped no later than next business day.
